These Terms govern your use of services provided by Venice Markets Inc.

1. Services

Venice Markets provides financial reporting and bookkeeping services as agreed in writing with each client.

Services are advisory and administrative in nature.

We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely financial information

• Maintain access to required financial platforms

• Review reports and communications promptly

Venice Markets is not responsible for decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to provide clarity and accurate reporting, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or business performance results.

4. Confidentiality

We treat client financial information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required by law or necessary for service delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venice Markets’ liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the preceding three months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms set forth in the client service agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
