    You’ll get a fixed monthly price after completing a short questionnaire—no calls required.

  • We work with online and service-based businesses doing roughly $20K–$100K/month.
    If your business has a preference for speed and simplicity, and a clean, low-touch approach, you’re a good fit.

  • Yes. Cleanup is offered as a one-time project before monthly service begins.
    We’ll assess the scope and include it in your quote.

What You Get

    • Monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online

    • Categorization and reconciliation of transactions

    • Monthly financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)

    • Clean, structured books ready for your accountant

    In short: everything required to keep your books accurate, current, and ready for tax time.

  • We keep things focused so we can move fast and stay affordable. We don’t handle:

    • Payroll

    • Accounts payable (bill pay)

    • Accounts receivable (invoicing / collections)

    If you need those, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.

  • We don’t manage receipts for you—but we’ll show you a simple way to handle it yourself.

    Most clients use tools like Dext or Hubdoc to automatically capture and store receipts with minimal effort.

  • Yes—this is offered as an optional add-on closer to year-end.
    We’ll reach out at the right time so you can decide if you want help with it.

How It Works

  • Very little.
    We’ll occasionally ask for missing info or clarification, but the goal is to keep this as hands-off as possible for you.

  • We use a simple, no-login client portal—no passwords to manage.

    You'll receive requests and updates by email and can reply directly. Most communication is handled asynchronously, making it easy to stay on top of bookkeeping without scheduling meetings.

  • We’ll guide you through setup if needed.

  • We don’t file taxes.
    We keep your books clean and organized so your accountant can file quickly and accurately.
